At That Yarn, we want you to enjoy every cone you purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of yarn, we cannot accept returns if the product has been unwound, exposed to strong odors, or shows signs of use.

Sale items, gift cards, and custom kits are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please note: natural yarn colors and textures may vary slightly from photos or previous batches. Minor differences are part of the charm of curated and artisanal yarn and are not considered defects.
💰 Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item damaged on arrival).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days, minus the restocking fee.

Color variation, texture differences, and natural inconsistencies are inherent to artisanal yarn and do not qualify for a return or refund.

We strive to photograph our yarn accurately, but lighting, monitor settings, and dye lot variations may cause slight differences.

Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
