Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or large promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $100 (within the United States).

Orders under $100 will be charged shipping at checkout based on package weight and destination.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use USPS Ground Advantage or similar domestic shipping services.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery time: 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping may take longer due to carrier delays, weather conditions, rural delivery zones, or holiday congestion.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
5. Combined Shipping & Heavy Packages
When possible, multiple items in one order may be combined into a single shipment.
Some yarn cones may exceed standard weight limits and will be shipped in separate packages.
6. Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Risk of Loss
All items are shipped FOB origin.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
8. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
That Yarn is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages marked as delivered.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for such cases.
9. Holiday Shipping Delays
Please allow additional time for delivery during major U.S. holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, as shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume.
10. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.

For wrong or defective items, please contact us within 7 days at hello@thatyarn.com with your order details and photos.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after verification.
