EPP Hedgehog Linen Cotton Blend Cone Yarn
This linen-cotton blend cone yarn from Japan’s EPP Hedgehog collection is characterized by its natural texture, breathable structure, and understated visual depth. Spun at 1/7.3Nm, it offers a light yet stable handfeel, balancing crisp linen character with the softness of cotton.
The gray tone is muted and versatile, carrying a soft industrial neutrality that works beautifully in both minimalist and layered textile compositions. It is neither overly polished nor raw, but sits comfortably in between—quiet, functional, and refined.
As an industrial surplus yarn, this cone reflects practical consistency and creative flexibility. It performs especially well in breathable garments and textured textile surfaces where natural fiber behavior is desired.

Cone yarn is industrially wound and may contain rare internal breaks not visible externally
-
Please allow approximately 2%–3% knitting loss, standard for cone yarn
-
In case of yarn breaks, pull away about 10 cm and rejoin using a small cross-knot to reduce tension and maintain fabric consistency
-
Always knit a swatch before starting your project to test shrinkage and gauge (density), as cone yarn behaves differently from skein yarn
